80mm thick cement-sand screed, including 5mm thick modern noise-absorbing material, with sound absorption of 26dB, and laying of water, heating pipes and electric supply networks in the screed. In wet areas, a 300mm sealed waterproofing membrane is applied to the perimeter walls.
The ceilings in the apartments are made from dustproofed monolithic reinforced concrete.
n living rooms and kitchens, priming is performed, then the surface is leveled with a plaster mixture, a second layer of primer is applied and the surface is puttied, incl. slopes. In the bathrooms and bathrooms, interior wall decoration is not provided.
Piping in the floor screed. In the kitchen area there is hidden wiring for the socket to the sink area, with a device for plugs on the threaded connections.
A burglary-resistant metal entrance door with a lever lock, and the option for coded keys, has been installed.
The apartments have a natural fresh air supply thanks to valves installed in the windows. Separate extraction ventilation is provided for the bathroom, WC and kitchen.
