New mortgage opportunities for Tekta Group customers from Gazprombank

As of July 22, 2022, Gazprombank increased the maximum amount of Family Mortgage up to RUR 16 million. The mortgage program is available to all buyers of Tekta Group who have one or more children born between 2018 and 2022 inclusive. 

To take advantage of the offer, you must pay at least 15% of the value of the apartment. Under the updated conditions, the minimum rate under the program will be 5.4%, and will operate with a loan of up to 12 million rubles. If the client will need credit of 12-16 million rubles, the interest rate rises to 6%.

Also, in Gazprombank there is a mortgage for IT-specialists at a rate of 4.4% with a maximum loan amount of 23 million rubles and preferential - at a rate of 6.3% and a loan of up to 18 million rubles.

We would like to remind you that, starting from the 4th of July, the new program from Sberbank - "Mortgage Combo" - is available for all Tekta Group customers, thanks to which they can take credit for three properties at once: an apartment, a car parking space and storage space.
