Bring a friend - get a reward

For owners of apartments in the Spires, BIG TIME, NOW, Eniteo and Ever projects, a "Bring a Friend" promotion is available.

Until December 31, 2022, any current client of Tekta Group can recommend their friends to buy an apartment in the company's projects and receive a reward after the transaction. Incentive amount is fixed and specified in the terms of the action. The action also applies to housing, which is purchased with a mortgage.

To take part in the promotion one shall have the following requirements:

- be an owner or shareholder of the housing, purchased in the projects of the company;
- recommend to friends and acquaintances housing in Spires, NOW, Eniteo and Ever;
- contact the sales office of the project, notifying them of your recommendation and record the contacts of the new buyer, wait for the transaction and get the reward.

Recommend to your loved ones the housing of the company in whose favor you have already made your choice. Ask Tekta Group managers for more details.
