Modern, high-quality façades, shaped masonry, French balconies and spacious outdoor terraces. The façades are individual for each of the towers, but follow a common concept.

One of the main streets in the Italian city of Turin, Via Po, is decorated with porticoes – covered galleries with columns adjoining each building. At EVER each entryway also has its own portico – with columns and benches, vertical landscaping and cosy evening light. No matter how heavy the rain in Moscow is, it won't stop you from feeling a little like you are in Italy.

The lobby entrances are recessed into the façades of the buildings and hidden behind an elegant colonnade. On summer mornings, it's a convenient place to wait for your family to gather and go for a walk. In the evening, sit on the outdoor sofa and read in the light from the luxurious chandelier. During the day, take a closer look at the gallery ceilings, which are decorated with unique panels of onyx mineral texture.

To get a feel for the individuality of each tower, you only have to get close to it. The lower façade tier is made with the utmost love for detail. Materials with a variety of rich textures and colours will be used on the façades. For each building the architects have developed a unique look, but within a unified concept for the whole project.

Textured masonry creates a whimsical play of light and shadow on the façade, making it three-dimensional and plastic. Such a technique is often used in chamber, club-type residential projects – but for a high-rise business-class complex it is a truly innovative technology.

French windows, balcony grilles and panoramic stained-glass windows on the upper floors add to the diversity of the buildings and make contemplation of the EVER architecture as relaxing as meditating in a Zen garden.

To create the calm and inspiring retreat atmosphere of the lobbies, we used premium materials with natural textures of stone, brass, and expensive glass. Lightweight chandeliers and delicate furnishings subtly match the tranquil colours of the décor.

The high ceilings and spacious areas in the lobby create a ceremonial atmosphere. But this ceremonial aesthetic also has a function: the courtyard in EVER is located in the stylobate on the first floor, so the lobbies are also two-storey. A single, inseparable courtyard with a bridge spanning the pedestrian shopping street. Unique art pieces, multifunctional pergolas for children to relax and play, natural amphitheatres, urban balconies, secret and zen gardens, a children's play route.

Nature

The architects were inspired by Japanese Zen gardens fot their work on the courtyard. The tranquil atmosphere is just what people who live in the city need after a busy day at work. Natural shapes and natural materials bring the EVER landscape closer to nature's finest creations

Play

A playful route for children has been devised where slides, climbing and water features are interspersed with natural locations and sculptural play elements in the style of Isamu Noguchi. A natural oasis in the middle of the city makes up for urban children's lack of contact with nature.

Chill

The first time you enter the Family Garden, you'll feel like you're living in a private villa. Wooden decking, river pebbles and metal furniture are tucked away under a pergola. In the daytime, it's nice to hide away from everyone, and in the evening, gather with friends and have long conversations.

Sport

Green lawns are used for yoga classes. Functional outdoor fitness equipment - exercise equipment and stairs from a European manufacturer - is integrated into the surrounding landscape as much as possible and looks more like sculptures.

Ever is located in the south-west of Moscow, 7 minutes from Kaluzhskaya metro station. It is within walking distance of some major green spaces: Vorontsovsky Park and the 88 ha Yugo-Zapadny Forest Park. And within a few minutes' drive, there is a landscape reserve and Moscow's second largest park.
