Natural amphitheatre

This natural amphitheatre uses the difference in altitude. The planted forest and textured boulders on the elevation evoke the feeling of a hike in the mountains.

Hidden between the two EVER buildings, it is the Zen Garden that defines the mood of the entire courtyard. Every element of this location works to make you lose track of time. Through a contemporary landscape aesthetic, the architects translated the key messages that create a meditative atmosphere in Japanese Zen gardens.

The first time you enter this corner of EVER, you will experience the feeling that you are not living in an apartment building, but in a private villa. Comfortable lounge chairs and a sandpit are tucked away under the canopy. It's a pleasure to bask in the summer sun or read a book in the shade of a branching maiden grape.

Beneath the surface of the multi-level courtyard are commercial and technical premises - but walking residents see only natural hills.

The mature trees on the slate slopes are planted using sophisticated hanging paving technology – but to the observer they look like a real mountain forest. And even the ventilation outlets from the underground car park EVER are designed as art objects made of vertical metal slats.
